In order to ensure that all children have an enjoyable play experience, we only allow a limited number of children into the play area at any one time. We therefore ask our adult guests to stay in the café during their visit. If there are parents in the play area in addition to the children, it simply gets too crowded. We ask for mutual consideration and respect.

This is actually a matter of course in the catering industry, but we would like to explicitly point out that eating your own food is not permitted here - for reasons of hygiene alone. This also applies to snacks, nibbles and fruit. We offer something for every taste and appetite. As a family-run business, we are dependent on the income from the café and hope for your understanding.

We only make an exception for the very youngest guests and are happy to warm up baby food or bottles for you.

In order to offer all children a pleasant and safe play environment, we have set an age limit of three years for our play area in the interests of children's independence and safety. This decision is based on the knowledge that children from this age are generally able to play independently, which makes playtime easier for everyone involved. At the same time, we want to prevent adults from having to be permanently present in the play area. Our aim is to create a space in which children can fully enjoy their play while at the same time ensuring an orderly and safe play environment. We thank you for your understanding and look forward to providing your children with an enriching play experience.

It should go without saying that sick children should stay at home, but in the interests of everyone, we would like to point out that we reserve the right to exclude children who are clearly ill from playing. If your child has a bad cough or a cold, please be so kind as to postpone your appointment to another day free of charge. This will help us and other children to have fun in a safe environment
